Old Style Band delivers outstanding music and entertainment, playing Classic Pop, Rock, Country, and Motown hits from the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s through today. Our talented musicians bring the energy and nostalgia of timeless tunes to any event or venue.
Get To Know The Band
Old Style began in 2018, founded by frontman, DW (Darryl Walker), who gathered long-time childhood friend Ken Polvino, and 2 other church friends, Don Joslin and Ron Kujawa, to start playing music they love. Shortly after, DW recruited his ultra-talented daughter, Andee, to join the band and Old Style (a tip to his Chicago roots) was born!! After several successful years, Polvino moved to Nashville, Joslin had a bungee-jumping accident (wink), and Kujawa left the band.
Father and daughter quickly regrouped recruiting more fellow church bandmates and Old Style kept on rocking! In 2021, the current lineup was founded and remains strong as ever. The amazing vocals of Andee Livas (daughter of frontman and always entertaining, Darryl Walker), lead the frontline, with guitar virtuoso Steve Michaels Shirley Smithington Santana (wink), while backline consists of reknown bassist Johnny Estrada, smooth as silk keyboardist Daniel Villa, and super talented drummer/vocalist Abel Livas (husband to Andee, son-in-law to DW).
The band is committed to providing excellent music and entertainment, playing songs people know and love, while maintaining FUN in all they do!
